Trash Information
Trash Day is on Tuesdays. There is no recycling in Williams. If you want to recycle there is a local refuge you can bring Trash and Recycle at no cost. Please empty all trash in the home when checking out. https://www.williamsaz.gov/departments_and_services/sanitation
COFFEE
We provide a Keurig coffee maker along with a selection of K-Cups for your convenience. If you prefer traditional coffee, there is also a coffee maker with a built-in grinder available—just bring your favorite coffee beans to enjoy a fresh brew. {See Manuals Page for directions on how to use}.
Instructions to Keep Cool
The home does not have central A/C, and the thermostat may not display the exact temperature (it often stays around 71° but the Thermostat will say 80°, the Ecobee acts strange but feel free to message us anytime for an update). We are able to monitor the temperature remotely through the app and are happy to check it for you during your stay.
To keep things comfortable, we provide a portable A/C unit to help cool the space. We’ve found the best way to maintain a pleasant temperature is to open the windows at night to create a cross breeze. There are box fans located in the master closet that can be placed near the sliding doors to pull in the cooler outside air, along with ceiling fans to help circulate it throughout the home.
In the morning, we recommend closing all windows, sliders, and blinds early to keep the cool air inside for the rest of the day.
Using this method, the home typically stays around 68° during the day.
How to Turn on String Lights
Lights outside in back are turned on and off by the light switch inside to the left of the sliding door.
FIre Pit
Key to turn on/off the Fire Pit is on the right side of the firepit wall – You must light it with a long lighter which is typically in the kitchen drawer to the right of the sink. Make sure the gas valve is on behind the BBQ. On is when the knob is in line with the pipe.
We’ve got golf balls and clubs ready for some mini golf fun! ⛳ Please take good care of them and keep an eye on little ones while they play so everyone can enjoy.

BBQ
To turn BBQ on/off make sure valve behind it is on. Handle should be in line with pipe for on. Please turn off when finished. Make sure to monitor your food and not leave unattended to avoid grease fires.
