Thermostat

The thermostat is preset and there is a sensor in the master bedroom. When the home is closed up tight between guests it can warm up inside in the summer.

There isn't A/C so we have the cool setting set at 80 so it wont try to kick on. IT doesn't mean the house is 80 degrees. To cool the house down open the sliders in the family and master and open the kitchen windows to get cross ventilation. The house cools down quickly. There is also a floor fan in the master closet if needed.

Infinity Game Table

This is located in the arcade room and is pretty simple to use. Over 150 classic board games you can play free. If there isn't one you are looking for you can download them free. Here is a library of available free games.

Please don't let kids be rough with it. This is a very expensive cool thing for guests.

Hot Tub

Towels are outside in towel box by slider
Hot Tub is maintained between guests.
If cloudy add a teaspoon of chlorine and let run for 5 minutes before using. (Chlorine is over by towel hooks)
***There is a floating chlorine device. Please leave on second notch (#2). ***
Leave hot tub on 101 degrees after use.
Please shower before using to keep water clear. Lotions, makeup sunscreens will make the water cloudy.
Please replace hot tub covers after use.

Firepit & Barbeque

To use the firepit and Barbeque, you need to turn the main gas line on behind the BBQ. It is a yellow handle.

Firepit Instructions

To use the firepit, after you've turned on the handle behind the BBQ, there is a knob on the side of the firepit. There is a key that we leave in the hole but other guests may have moved it. Sometimes we find it in the kitchen drawers. Turn clockwise and light the firepit with the lighter at the house. You may need to light around the pit to get them all started but they will eventually spread and all light on their own.

Please turn both knobs off when finished

Barbeque

Please do not put barbeque against the house, it will melt the siding. Make sure to turn the Yellow gas handle on the pipe on when using and to off when not using.

Coffee Maker

Coffee Maker with built in grinder only grinds beans. We don't provide beans. There is a standard coffee maker and we provide pouches you toss into the filter area to make a pot.

The manual for the grinding pot is in the cupboard by coffee cups.

Router and Hub

Internet is a wireless dish. This is all that is available in the area. It can be spotty at times but for the most part works great for streaming and laptops.

Ceiling Fans

All ceiling fans are operated with a remote. If you use the wall switch you will turn the light and fan on/off at the same time. Use the remote to operate separately.

Fireplace

Fireplace is operated with a remote. You will hear a beep when you successfully turn it on or off.

Fishing in Local Lakes

A fishing license is required. You may go to https://license.azgfd.com/ and purchase one

Transfer Station

If you have excess garbage: Transfer Station is located at Airport Road and Frank Way. Entrance is from Airport Road; exit is eastward toward the City Shop. The Transfer Station is open from Monday thru Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Infinity Game Table

The game table in the middle room has tons of board games. You can download games that are free.

Please treat the table with care.

Futon Bed in middle Room

Please use mattress cover and bedding in front bedroom closet if you are going to sleep on the futon.

Stereo in Family Room is Bluetooth. Look for ITCDS-5000
